It will be necessary to fill out this implementation scheme in detail by preparing a timeline and operating plan. This is best done after the launches of the key prime IACG spacecraft have occurred, when the exact orbits of the spacecraft are known. However, it is important to determine as soon as possible the procedures for obtaining such a detailed timeline and operating plan.
